Do not place tires, hot ashes, dirt, bricks, dead animals, building material, grain, or hazardous or corrosive chemicals in the cart. Customers are held liable for damage or misuse of the cart. 90 gallon cart service shall not exceed 125 pounds (including its contents). Empire Disposal is not responsible for replacing a customer’s 32 gallon can. Extra bag, can or box will be charged $4.79. You will be charged an extra $4.79 for overweight cans. A spayed or neutered dog license is $10.00 and if not spayed or neutered the license is $20.00. Licenses are due on January 31 ST of each year.
